As part of my broader public policy engagment with government and other stakeholder I continue to consult on projects relating to questions of defence, sovereignty, and security. 

Past projects have included work on Arctic information operations, research reports on the enhancement of Permanent Participant capacity at the Arctic Council, Arctic security dynamics, and report writing for government and NGOs.
